RosenSP LLC ("RosenSP," "we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us at info@rosensp.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There are two places on this site that ask for it:

• Farm visit / contact form — your name, email, and optionally your farm or business name, phone number, areas of interest, and any notes you add.
• Events list signup — your name and email.

We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not ask for payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive data through this site.

Automatically collected information

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall traffic to the site — things like which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. It's cookieless and reports aggregated numbers; it does not build a profile tied to your identity.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to:

• Respond to your message and schedule farm visits
• Send updates about events, programs, or news you signed up to hear about
• Keep basic records of who we've been in touch with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Full stop.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and hosted on infrastructure provided by Google (Gmail) and Vercel. These providers process the data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments — we don't hand your information to anyone beyond that.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and signup information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us — generally, as long as we're in touch or you remain subscribed. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).

Your choices & rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Remove you from any list you signed up for

If you're a California resident, these choices are consistent with rights available to you under California law; if you're in the EU/UK, they're consistent with rights available under GDPR. We'll honor requests regardless of where you're writing in from.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
